Full job description

Role Summary:
The Tele caller is responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining immigration and visa services, generating leads, scheduling counselling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in immigration, work permits, study visas, tourist visas, and permanent residency programs.
Explain the company's immigration and visa services to potential customers.
Qualify leads by understanding clients' profiles, requirements, and eligibility.
Schedule appointments for visa counsellors or immigration consultants.
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, documentation, and application status.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or database.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Coordinate with counsellors and processing teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and records.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of immigration and visa services.
Ability to work with CRM software and MS Office.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+2 or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in tele calling, telesales, customer service, or immigration services is preferred.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
