Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Salesforce Technical Project Manager The Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads the planning execution and delivery of Salesforce initiatives bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role requires deep expertise in the Salesforce platform project management methodologies and stakeholder communication Responsibilities: - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technical specifications - Solution Design: Architect scalable Salesforce solutions using custom objects workflows integrations and automation tools - Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans with timelines milestones and resource allocation strategies - Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams including developers admins testers and analysts - Technical Oversight: Review designs code and configurations to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices - Agile Execution: Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning retrospectives and backlog grooming - Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status risks and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders - Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure defect-free deployments - Post-Implementation support: Deliver training and support to end users ensuring adoption and issue resolution
