Company Description:

Powertrac Corporation, based in Panjim, Goa, has been serving the Goa Region for over two decades. Our clientele includes major government and private sector offices, industries, hospitality, education, healthcare and domestic sectors. Headquartered in the city. Managed by Vinay Verma, a professional Electronics Engineer, Powertrac Corporation provides efficient power backup solutions tailored to clients' needs. Our infrastructure includes two prime Battery and UPS showrooms in Goa, a well-stocked warehouse, delivery vans, and a trained support team.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Panaji. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing inverters, servo systems, battery and online UPS systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, providing customer support, conducting site inspections, and ensuring proper documentation of service reports. The technician will work closely with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Servo, Inverters, battery and UPS systems

Ability to provide technical support and conduct site inspections

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Effective communication skills and customer service orientation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in Electronics Engineering

Experience in the power backup industry is an advantage

Possession of a valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.01 per month
