We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Dot Net and Angular to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the team through technical challenges, ensuring high-quality deliverables, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers.
Experience : 7+ years (including at least 2+ years in a Lead role)
Key Responsibilities :
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications.
Work on Dot Net Core / ASP.Net backend development and Angular frontend development.
Must have experience into MVC framework.
Must have experience into MSSQL database.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver projects on time.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices guidance.
Handle system design, project estimations, and performance optimization.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them when relevant.
Required Skills & Experience :
Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, Web API.
Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.
