As a consultant-led firm with a team of 25–50 professionals, we provide end-to-end design and build services, guiding clients through every stage of their home interior projects. Project Context
You will be working on mid-rise residential buildings (typically G+4 to G+8) and premium apartment/home interior projects in the Delhi NCR region, with project budgets generally ranging from ₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore per unit or block. Operating in a Developer delivery model, you will support in-house design and coordination for projects where TSC is responsible for both design and execution, ensuring drawings are fully buildable and aligned with client expectations. The technical scope will cover architectural planning, RCC coordination, interior layouts, detailed finishing, joinery, and integration of MEP services into functional and aesthetically coherent designs. You will collaborate closely with the internal design team, site engineers, contractors, and external structural/MEP consultants, often working within tight timelines, dense urban sites, and local authority constraints in Faridabad and broader NCR.
Role Summary
The Junior Architect will support the end-to-end design development of residential and interior projects from concept through detailed GFC/working drawings and municipal submissions. You will ensure that drawings are technically sound, compliant with local bye-laws, and coordinated with structural and MEP inputs for smooth site execution. Your work will directly impact reduction of rework, cost control, and the overall quality of delivered homes.
Key Responsibilities
- - Prepare and develop architectural working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) for residential buildings and interior fit-outs from concept to GFC/working drawing stage.
- - Produce accurate, clean, and well-layered 2D AutoCAD drawings for site execution, including staircase, toilet, kitchen, door-window schedules, and basic joinery details.
- - Assist in preparing municipal submission drawings and documentation in line with Haryana Building Bye Laws, NBC norms, and applicable local regulations.
- - Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, incorporate their markups into architectural drawings, and resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and services layouts.
- - Work closely with project managers and site teams to clarify drawings, issue revisions, and support in setting up drawing control and site documentation processes to minimize rework.
- - Support material selection and detailing for finishes, fixtures, and built-in furniture, ensuring practicality, durability, and alignment with project budgets.
- - Contribute to basic 3D views/presentation drawings and design intent communication for internal reviews and client discussions, as required.
Must-Have
