Qualifications

Presently engaged in obtaining a degree in the field of Finance and Accounting.
A comprehensive understanding of taxation laws is essential, encompassing corporate tax, individual tax, indirect taxes such as VAT and GST, international tax regulations, and transfer pricing guidelines.
The capacity to interpret intricate tax regulations and implement them in practical business situations.
It is essential to guarantee that all submissions are precise and submitted on time, thereby reducing the likelihood of mistakes or sanctions.
The capacity to articulate tax-related matters effectively to individuals without tax expertise, along with the ability to engage with tax authorities and external consultants.
Proficient in recognizing tax-related risks or opportunities and devising effective solutions.
Proficiency in tax preparation software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Ability to handle multiple deadlines, especially during tax filing seasons.
The capacity to manage several deadlines, particularly during the tax filing periods.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with financial analysis activities, including the examination of financial statements, evaluation of essential financial metrics, and the preparation of financial reports.
Assist with data entry tasks concerning financial transactions, expenditures, and income, with a focus on maintaining the accuracy and completeness of financial documentation.
Support the budgeting and forecasting activities by collecting data, creating spreadsheets, and aiding in financial modeling under the supervision of senior finance personnel.
Assist in the development of financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, performing research, and aiding with audit inquiries as required.
Acquire knowledge of financial software systems and tools utilized for accounting, reporting, and analysis, while also providing support for data entry and system maintenance activities.
Support finance teams in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives, including enhancements to processes, cost-reduction strategies, and specialized financial analyses.
It is essential to adhere to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures in all activities related to finance.

Strong analytical abilities to assess financial information, recognize patterns and extract significant insights.
A strong focus on precision is essential to guarantee the correctness of financial computations, data input, and reporting.
Expertise in mathematics and numerical analysis, coupled with the capability to handle intricate financial data and computations.
