Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant-Senior Wireless/Network Engineer Provide end-user support and log Helpdesk calls received via phone or chat into the Helpdesk system. Open resolve and close tickets in the IT Helpdesk system escalating issues to other IT groups or outside vendors as appropriate. Responsibilities: - Provide end-user support and log Helpdesk calls received via phone or chat into the Helpdesk system. - Open resolve and close tickets in the IT Helpdesk system escalating issues to other IT groups or outside vendors as appropriate. - Assist users with desktop operating systems and application software including Windows mac OS Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel Power Point). - Manage Exchange user administration messaging support and mobile device support. - Ensure workstation virus protection and utilize spyware removal utilities. - Support remote access solutions such as VPN for RDP and RDS. - Administer Active Directory for user and device management. - Facilitate Workday connectivity and navigation including name change support. - Provide Vo IP support for users and teleconference setup. - Guide interns and update documentation as needed. - Develop and deliver end-user training sessions. - Participate in a 1-month after-hours support rotation. - Provide quotes for computer equipment purchases per Central Guidelines.
