Key Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Content Creation: Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Gemini for scripting, Canva AI for assets etc.) to produce punchy, scroll-stopping content at scale.
Channel Management: Manage the company's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages. Support paid digital marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
Audience & Viral Growth: Optimize content specifically for platform algorithms to aggressively scale impressions, views, likes and shares.
Social Listening & Trends: Constantly monitor trending audio, formats and pop-culture moments, adapting them swiftly to our brand using AI speed workflows.
Analytics & Reporting: Track daily/weekly performance metrics. Turn data points like watch time, engagement rate, and reach into actionable content adjustments. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy and engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Graduation/ professional diploma/degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in running brand social media handles with a portfolio displaying video-first growth.
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Videography Basics: Excellent eye for framing, lighting and audio capture using smartphones or mirrorless cameras.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating AI workflows.
Platform Mastery: In-depth understanding of what triggers the algorithm on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Portfolio: A mandatory portfolio or links to handles you have personally managed, created video content for, and scaled.
