About Us: Iceaxe Technologies is a forward-thinking company dedicated to transforming the educational landscape through innovative AI and machine learning solutions. Our mission is to create engaging, interactive, and personalized learning experiences for students around the world.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Management & UI/UX Intern to support the design and development of our AI‑driven product(s). You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to research user needs, translate requirements into user‑centered designs, and help shape the product roadmap. This is a hands‑on role that blends product thinking, user research, and UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management (PM) Tasks

Assist in gathering and documenting user feedback, market research, and competitor analysis.
Help define user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic product requirements.
Support prioritization of features and backlog grooming under guidance of senior PMs.
Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to understand agile workflows.
Track product metrics and help create simple dashboards or reports to monitor key KPIs.

UI/UX Design Tasks

Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and/or mobile interfaces.
Conduct basic usability testing (e.g., user interviews, surveys, or usability sessions) and document insights.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and the product team.
Maintain and contribute to the design system (components, styles, patterns).
Translate product requirements into clear, user‑friendly interface flows and information architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Management, Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in AI‑driven products and user‑centered design.
Basic understanding of product management concepts (user stories, roadmaps, agile/Scrum).
Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Skills

Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Familiarity with design systems and component‑based design.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.
Ability to create simple prototypes or clickable demos.
