Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Project Manager We are looking for Project Manager responsible for driving end-to-end project execution across technology transformation and operational initiatives. This role serves as the connective tissue between strategy and delivery translating organizational goals into structured measurable outcomes while maintaining disciplined governance and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities: - Own the full project lifecycle: initiation planning execution monitoring and closurealigned to e PMO governance frameworks and delivery standards. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget resource allocations and critical path analysis. - Translate business objectives and OK Rs into actionable work breakdown structures and delivery roadmaps. - Establish and maintain a project management baseline (scope schedule cost) and manage all changes through a formal change control process. - Drive benefits realization tracking ensuring delivered capabilities map to intended business value and strategic outcomes. - Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across business units IT Finance Operations Legal and external vendors. - Build strong working relationships across organizational levelsfrom individual contributors to C-suite executives. - Facilitate alignment meetings working sessions and decision forums driving clarity on priorities trade-offs and accountability. - Champion a culture of transparency psychological safety and continuous improvement across delivery teams. - Proactively identify assess and mitigate risks across scope schedule cost resources and quality dimensions. - Maintain a dynamic RAID log (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) with clear ownership and resolution timelines. - Escalate blockers early and decisively ensuring leadership has the context needed to make timely decisions. - Monitor interdependence across workstreams programs and external systems to prevent cascading impacts. - Manage project budgets including forecasting actuals tracking variance analysis and spend authorization. - Partner with resource managers to build and maintain staffing plans aligned to delivery timelines and skill requirements. - Participate in portfolio-level capacity planning to support prioritization and resource allocation decisions across the PMO. - Track and report on financial health burn rate and ROI indicators throughout the project lifecycle. - Produce executive-ready status reports dashboards and portfolio health summaries on a regular cadence. - Define and track project KP Is and success metrics ensuring delivery outcomes are measurable and communicated clearly. - Maintain rigorous documentation standards: project charters RACI matrices decision logs lessons learned and closeout artifacts. - Support audit readiness compliance requirements and post-implementation reviews as needed.
