Job Description – Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Noida (Sec. 129)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 6+ years of experience in web and mobile application projects to support end-to-end project execution and coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, diligent, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely project delivery.

This role requires someone who can effectively bridge communication between clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and internal stakeholders while maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking an individual with a strong stability record, growth mindset, ownership attitude, and the ability to scale into larger responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities for web and mobile application development projects
Work closely with internal teams including design, development, QA, product, and business stakeholders
Assist in project planning, task allocation, timeline tracking, and milestone management
Maintain project trackers, status reports, documentation, and progress dashboards
Follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and escalate proactively
Conduct regular internal and client-facing project status meetings
Ensure proper documentation of requirements, meeting notes, action items, and change requests
Support in sprint planning, project scheduling, and release coordination
Track resource dependencies and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
Monitor quality checkpoints and ensure adherence to project processes
Maintain high accountability for deadlines, deliverables, and communication flow

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or similar roles in web/mobile development environments
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience working with web applications, mobile apps, product teams, or digital projects
Strong project tracking and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail and process orientation
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, or similar project management tools

Preferred Qualities

Highly diligent, dependable, and execution-focused

Familiarity with tools like Figma, Confluence, Git workflows, or analytics dashboards
