Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manual Testing Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in software testing, bug reporting, test case creation, and quality assurance processes for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software development and a passion for identifying issues to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Execute test cases and document test results.
Identify, report, and track software defects.
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues.
Participate in requirement analysis and understand business workflows.
Ensure applications meet functional and usability requirements.
Assist in improving QA processes and testing documentation.

Requirements Required Skills

Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Familiarity with manual testing techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to identify issues.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
Understanding of API testing concepts.
Familiarity with mobile application testing.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Eligibility

MCA, B.Tech, BE, BSc IT, Computer Science students, or recent graduates.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Internship Details

Internship Type: Full-Time
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Remote / On-site / Hybrid
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.

This internship can lead to a full-time job opportunity. Interns who show good performance, dedication, and learning ability will be considered for a permanent position after successful completion of the internship.

High-performing interns will be considered for a permanent Software Tester (QA) position. The minimum package for selected candidates will be ₹2.5 LPA, with opportunities for higher compensation based on performance.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
