Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager for Non-Ferrous Metal Recycling / Industrial Equipment
Role Overview :
You will lead the digital strategy, execution, and optimization of all online marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging, build inbound pipelines, and drive Dhanvanti’s growth across domestic and international markets. You will work closely with engineering, sales, project, and senior leadership teams to ensure our digital presence delivers measurable impact.
Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Planning & Roadmap
Develop digital marketing roadmap in line with business goals (e.g. lead generation, geographic expansion, brand awareness).
Define ideal customer personas (e.g. recycling plants, foundries, scrap aggregators, municipalities) and map their buyer journeys.
Evaluate and prioritize digital channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, video, social media, email marketing, webinars) based on ROI and business fit.
2. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, industry platforms) to attract high-quality leads.
Create and optimize inbound marketing funnels including landing pages, gated content (whitepapers, datasheets, ROI calculators), email nurture campaigns, and lead scoring.
Work with sales / business development teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads, follow-up strategies, and feedback loops for improving conversion.
3. Content & Thought Leadership
Oversee content creation—technical blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, project stories, videos, infographics, webinars to position Dhanvanti as a domain expert.
Liaise with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to convert technical insights into marketable materials.
Manage an editorial calendar and ensure consistent publishing across channels.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
Own on-page and off-page SEO keyword research, site architecture, metadata, internal linking, backlink outreach strategy.
Continuously monitor web analytics, user behavior (heatmaps, funnel drop-offs), site speed, mobile usability, and conversion optimization.
Ensure landing pages, product pages, and resource pages are optimized for discoverability and conversion.
5. Social Media, Video & Community Engagement
Build and maintain presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, relevant B2B forums, industry portals.
Promote project highlights, new product launches, client testimonials, technical insights, and sustainability stories.
Manage both organic and paid social strategies in line with B2B best practices.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Budgeting
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, website traffic, content engagement, ROI, etc.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM dashboards to extract insights, drive decisions, and optimize campaigns.
Control digital marketing budget, allocate spends across channels, and pivot strategy based on performance.
7. Team & Vendor Management
Coordinate and manage freelancers, agencies, content creators, SEO/SEM specialists, designers, video creators.
Mentor or supervise junior marketing associates and ensure alignment across sales, engineering, and operations.
Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / Digital Media / Engineering / Business or related field.
1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical fields).
Proficiency in SEO, paid search (Google Ads), social ads (LinkedIn), content marketing, email campaigns.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills—the ability to digest engineering details and present them in compelling business language.
Experience in lead generation funnels, inbound marketing, marketing automation, and CRM integration.
Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data, using dashboards, performing A/B tests, and optimizing performance.
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively across technical, sales, and business teams.
Exposure to or interest in sustainability, recycling, metallurgy, or industrial equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with international digital marketing (for export / global clients) is beneficial.

Number of qualified leads acquired per month / quarter
Lead-to-opportunity / opportunity-to-client conversion rate
Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Organic traffic growth & search visibility (keyword rankings)
Engagement metrics (content downloads, time on site, bounce rate)
Social media growth: followers, impressions, engagement
Volume and quality of content output (blogs, whitepapers, videos)
Contribution to overall sales pipeline (in value or percentage)
