What you’ll do:

Solution Design & Development:
-
Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
-
Define robust data models, apply best practices in coding and configuration, and implement trigger frameworks and modular architectures for scalable development.
-
Build and maintain API-led integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and with exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud
- Technical Leadership & Delivery Management:
-
Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 Salesforce developers; provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.

Manage project delivery from India — define technical tasks, oversee execution, and ensure quality and timely completion.
-
Collaborating with client stakeholders, architects, and functional leads to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives.

Client Interaction & Communication:
-
Participate in requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and solution design sessions with business and IT teams.

Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation & Problem Solving:
-
Explore new Salesforce capabilities, lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and develop creative solutions for complex business challenges.

Stay current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends to proactively bring forward innovative ideas.

Domain Expertise (Preferred):
-
Experience with Life Sciences (Pharma and MedTech)

Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud with an understanding of regulated data and compliance processes.
