Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet patients, answer phone calls, manage appointments via phone or email, and handle patient inquiries.
Medical Typing & Reporting: Transcribe and type medical reports accurately based on doctor dictation or notes (e.g., Sonography, 2D Echo, Lab results).
Data Entry & Billing: Enter patient data into the system, generate invoices, manage billing and payments, and handle digital/physical records.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare patient files, maintain confidentiality, and manage PCPNDT documentation (Form F, consent forms).
Office Administration: Maintain the reception area, keep records of laboratory supplies, handle daily correspondence, and assist in scanning/photocopying reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a diagnostic center, hospital, or laboratory is highly preferred.
Typing Speed: High proficiency in typing (minimum 40–50 WPM often preferred) with accuracy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with diagnostic software/reporting systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and doctors.
Education:Minimum high school diploma; additional secretarial or data entry qualifications are a plus.
