Job Title: Lead – Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 10+ years in SDR or Inside Sales roles with 6+ years in Team Lead role

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Lead – SDR to drive our outbound sales efforts and lead a growing team of SDRs. You’ll combine individual contribution with team management, coach reps, and ensure consistent sales pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to exceed targets
Own outbound prospecting strategy and execution (Cold Call, Email, LinkedIn Prospecting)
Track performance metrics (Calls, Emails, Discovery booked)
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead qualification
Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

Requirements:

10+ years in SDR/BDR roles, with at least 6+ years in a leadership or mentoring position
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
SaaS or B2B tech sales experience
Strong understanding of outbound tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM, Sales Engagement platforms)
Exposure in US/ Europe market is mandatory
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
