Full job description

Job Title: MSD 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer.
Experience Required: 8+ Years.
Employment Type: C2H.
Work Mode: Remote.
Time zone/Shift: EST Shift (Approx. 6:30 PM IST start, 8 hours/day).

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Service, Omnichannel capabilities, .NET development, React, Power Automate, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, integrating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions while working within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions based on Agile backlog requirements.
Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionalities, including Channels, Workstreams, Unified Routing, and Omnichannel features.
Support functional requirement gathering for integrations with Contact Centre applications, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
Ensure seamless integrations, optimal system performance, and efficient data flow across enterprise systems.
Work with technical teams to align customizations and integrations with business and functional requirements.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines while following ALM best practices and software development standards.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Support user adoption initiatives, training programs, and change management activities.
Lead and participate in enterprise system implementation and enhancement projects.
Maintain effective collaboration with business users, vendors, sponsors, and technology teams.
Work independently to complete assigned responsibilities and deliverables.

Must Have Skills

5+ years of experience developing and configuring applications within the MS Dynamics 365 CE CRM landscape.
3+ years of experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Omnichannel, Unified Routing, PCF, etc.
7+ years of .NET experience developing plug-ins for Dynamics 365 CE.
3+ years of React experience.
3+ years of Power Automate experience.
2+ years of Power BI experience.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and user management.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems and payment gateways.
Hands-on experience delivering at least 2 Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects for high-volume contact centres.
Strong understanding of Contact Centre applications, including Telephony and IVR-based solutions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
Experience with self-service web portals and native mobile applications.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
