You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Technical and Professional Expertise</b></p><ul><li><p>8 to 14 Years of experience in CICS system programming.</p></li><li><p>Experience in CICS transaction server and related ISV products.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge on the following technologies: z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM and Third party products</p></li><li><p>Capable of Upgrading /Installing and supporting IBM & ISV related Products Proficient in technologies like P2V, V2V and P2P migrations.</p></li><li><p>Experience with performance tuning and workload balancing in CICS.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CICS monitoring tools (Omegamon for CICS, BMC MainView, IBM CICS Performance Analyzer).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CICS Web Services, MQ integration, and DB2 connectivity.</p></li><li><p>Experience with RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret security administration for CICS.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Preferred Technical and Professional Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Process driven management of technical operations and support.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.</p></li><li><p>The ability to follow a project through to completion and/or to work as part of a larger team to complete the components of a complex project.</p></li><li><p>Support for technical consultation and inquiries from the other IT technical teams.</p></li><li><p>Develop, document and maintain procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning and configuration of environments.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:left"><br /><b><span class="emphasis">Being You</span></b></p><p>The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
