Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the food / bakery / QSR / FMCG sector to drive new business, manage key clients, and grow revenue in the North Indian market.

The company specializes in products such as bakery moulds, bakery trays, and other related equipment. Known for its innovative approach and excellent craftsmanship, MGR Industrial Corporation has developed a strong reputation within the industry over the years.

Experience: - Freshers are welcomed/ 1-2 years or experience

Location: - Ludhiana, Punjab

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business and grow revenue in the North region
Identify and convert leads through field visits, referrals, and digital inquiries
Meet clients, present proposals, negotiate, upsell, and close deals
Manage follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
Maintain sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential industrial clients to introduce our mechanical products or services.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, researching potential clients in the manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
Technical Presentation: Confidently discuss technical specifications of products (e.g., machinery efficiency,, material specs, maintenance services) to engineering managers, plant managers, or procurement officers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, demos, or site visits for the senior sales engineers or business development managers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of outbound calls per day.
Number of qualified leads identified.
Number of appointments/demos booked.
Conversion rate from cold call to qualified lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical engineering, manufacturing processes, or industrial equipment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
Resilience: Strong mental fortitude to handle rejection and persist in a competitive market.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
