Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant, Managed Services or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Our expertise spans the full digital lifecycle, including customer research, experience design, platform development, content production, and marketing automation. Qualifications

6-9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Understand functional requirements translate business needs into technical solutions

Designs using standard patterns. Should also be able to communicate this effectively to the team.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts

Experience in configuring core Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
-
Familiarity with declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.)
-
Solid understanding of data modelling, governance, and security within Salesforce
-
Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements

Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed
-
Experience in Salesforce.com Development environments (VS Code)

Knowledgeable in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX
-
Experience integrating Salesforce with external AI APIs and managing custom AI deployments within CRM processes

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein features, AI-driven insights, and bot configuration

Hands-on experience leveraging Salesforce Agentforce capabilities to drive automation.

Ability to configure and optimize workflows that integrate Agentforce automation with human agent processes.
