Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in IT services sales, international client acquisition, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, communicating with international clients, and contributing directly to company’s growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, Communications, or related fields is preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience in Business Development, SaaS, MarTech, performance marketing, or international client acquisition are strongly encouraged to apply regardless of formal educational background.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities across the USA, Europe, Israel, and other target international markets aligned with Stepin Solutions’ global client ecosystem.
Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking activities
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Schedule meetings with potential clients and decision-makers
Achieve monthly lead generation and meet targets

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Handle professional communication and negotiation with international clients across different business discussions and opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up consistently with prospects and active opportunities
Coordinate with Clients and internal teams for smooth communication and project discussions

Sales Support & Proposal Management

Present IT services and solutions effectively to potential clients
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
Support pricing discussions and project coordination
Contribute to opportunity conversion and deal closures

Market Research & Strategy

Research market trends and competitor activities
Identify new target industries and business opportunities
Suggest improvements in outreach and lead generation strategies
Stay updated with IT industry trends and technologies

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Track lead status, meetings, and sales activities
Generate pipeline and performance reports
Monitor conversion ratios and sales KPIs

Soft Skills:

Must Have

Excellent verbal and written communication (especially email drafting & client messaging)
Strong international client communication ability (written + spoken)
High follow-up discipline (very important for email-based sales cycles)
Strong relationship-building and trust creation with clients
Discovery call handling and requirement understanding
Negotiation and objection handling skills
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset (pipeline ownership)
Time management and multitasking across multiple leads/accounts
Accountability and ownership of the revenue pipeline
Professional tone in client conversations (US/Europe clients focus)

Lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold prospecting
Strong email writing skills (cold emails, follow-ups, sequences)
Experience with CRM tools (pipeline tracking, lead status management)
Sales funnel understanding (lead → meeting → proposal → closure)
Experience in IT services / agency-style business development
Handling international clients (US/UK/EU markets preferred)
Scheduling meetings with decision-makers
Proposal and basic pitch communication support
LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage
Understanding of outreach-based sales cycles (long/medium cycles)
Market research for identifying potential clients in target industries:
Performance marketing agencies
SaaS startups
Shopify / eCommerce agencies

Good to Have

Email automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, etc.)
Basic understanding of SaaS/subscription business model
Knowledge of outreach sequences and A/B testing emails
Exposure to the performance marketing / martech domain (your core niche)
Basic understanding of conversion tracking metrics (reply rate, open rate, CTR)
CRM automation and pipeline optimization exposure
Understanding of lead scoring and prioritization
Familiarity with AI tools for outreach and content generation
Basic knowledge of pricing discussions and deal structuring
Exposure to agency sales cycles (project-based + retainer models)

Actively tracks relevant industry updates and adopts new processes, tools, or compliance changes in day-to-day work.
Demonstrates strong accountability for meeting KPIs and driving assigned sales tasks to completion.
