Embark your transformative journey as an AI Engineering Lead-VP, we are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineering Lead with deep expertise in building ML Ops platforms & GenAI applications using frameworks like Lang Graph/Crew AI to design stateful, multi-step reasoning loops and autonomous multi-agent swarms. The role involves coaching and mentoring teams and building a high capability team, work collaboratively with platform and other projects teams, architects.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
- Experience in AWS Tools like Bedrock, Guardrail, Lambda, Glue, Sage Maker AI, Elastic ache, Step Functions, S3, IAM, KMS, AWS Knowledge Base, pg vector, knowledge graphs.
- Observability, Evaluation & LLM Ops tools: like RAGAS, Lang Smith/Lang fuse, Custom logging and tracing, Token usage and cost tracking.
- Implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and persistent memory architectures (Episodic/Semantic) to ground agents in real-time data.
Experience in using natural language intent to rapidly prototype and steer non-deterministic systems.
- Excellent exposure to Machine learning projects and opportunity to contribute to the banks AI and GenAI capabilities.

Accountabilities
