Clinical & Front-Office Assistant (Dental)

Location: Ekaa Dentistry

Role Type: Full-Time / Entry-Level

About the Role

At Ekaa Dentistry, we believe in providing a seamless and professional experience for our patients. We are looking for a versatile, proactive Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a dual-responsibility role where you will learn the clinical side of dentistry while also ensuring our front-office operations run smoothly.

Whether you are a fresher or have some experience, we value a keen attitude to learn above all else.

Scope of Responsibilities

1. Clinical Assistance (Learning Opportunity)

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready.
Learn and maintain strict sterilization and disinfection protocols for instruments and clinical areas.
Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
Manage dental chair-side inventory and notify the team of stock requirements.

2. Front Office & Reception Management

Step in to man the reception desk as needed, providing a warm and professional welcome to patients.
Handle patient inquiries and coordinate appointments via phone and in-person.
Manage patient records and billing with high accuracy.

3. Digital & Administrative Efficiency

Utilize computer proficiency to manage clinic software, update digital patient files, and handle basic documentation.
Use your organizing skills to maintain a clutter-free environment and an efficient filing system.
Stay "up-to-date" with modern clinic practices and digital tools to enhance patient service.

Candidate Requirements

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Telugu (Ability to converse clearly with patients and doctors is essential).
Education: Open to Freshers from any background who have a genuine interest in the dental/healthcare field.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and general Internet navigation).
Mindset: * A strong keenness to learn all facets of dental assisting.
Highly organised with a disciplined "up-to-date" attitude toward daily tasks.
Ability to multi-task between clinical duties and administrative tasks.
