Job Description:

Job Title: Office Boy
Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Gross per month)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible Office Boy to handle office support activities and facility coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day requirements, ensuring smooth functioning of office operations, and maintaining overall discipline in support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tea/coffee on induction stove and serve to staff and visitors (training will be provided)
Coordinate with housekeeping staff and ensure cleaning tasks are completed properly
Handle overall facility-related requirements and ensure smooth functioning of office support activities
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of pantry and common areas
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items within or outside the office
Maintain and update stationery stock list; ensure timely refilling as per approval
Maintain medical stock list and ensure availability at all times
Prepare monthly purchase list (e.g., D’Mart) and coordinate for timely replenishment
Support administrative team in day-to-day tasks and errands

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th to 12th pass
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
No police record; background verification must be clear
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling office tasks
Ability to independently manage facility-related responsibilities
Basic understanding of office discipline and etiquette

Working Hours & Days:

10 hours per day
2nd and 4th Saturday: Half day
Weekly off: As per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
