Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Commercial & Billing Executive to support project commercial operations including costing, BOQ preparation, billing, cost monitoring, and coordination with vendors and contractors. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project documentation, billing processes, material coordination, and commercial follow-ups.
The role requires strong coordination skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to work closely with project execution and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Costing & BOQ Support
- Assist in preparation of project costing, estimates, and BOQs.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
- Support in rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with project and design teams for costing inputs.
2. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare client billing documents, RA bills, and final bills.
- Verify contractor and vendor bills as per work completion.
- Maintain billing records, work orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Follow up for billing approvals and payment processing.
3. Cost Monitoring & Commercial Coordination
- Track project expenses and support cost control activities.
- Maintain project-wise cost records and MIS reports.
- Assist in monitoring material consumption and project budgets.
- Support management with commercial data and reporting.
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for quotations and deliveries.
- Prepare comparative statements for material and contractor quotations.
- Support negotiation discussions and procurement follow-ups.
- Ensure timely material availability as per project requirements.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, accounts, and project managers.
- Maintain accurate project records and commercial files.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and project updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of project costing and billing processes.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Basic vendor negotiation and procurement coordination skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Ability to read drawings and project specifications.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Commerce, or related field.
- Additional knowledge of Quantity Surveying or Project Billing will be preferred.
Experience Required
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in project costing, billing, BOQ preparation, procurement coordination, and vendor management, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, architecture, or turnkey projects.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
