The Senior Consultant Managed Services Role

Schedule & Working Requirements
This position requires flexibility and commitment to the following work schedule parameters:
Shift Work: This is a shift-based role supporting 24/7 managed services, with schedules primarily aligned to US time zones. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening), including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with service delivery requirements.
US-Based Working Hours: Although this is a global delivery role, primary working hours align with US Eastern and Central time zones (typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET) to support North American customer accounts.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

5+ years of extensive experience in a senior technical support or consulting role, with a primary focus on Qlik Analytics products (Qlik Sense, QlikView, Qlik Cloud).

Demonstrated experience in resolving complex Qlik technical issues including Section Access failures, engine crashes, NPrinting distribution errors, and Qlik Cloud tenant migrations.

Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team, including creating and maintaining technical runbooks, SOPs, and training materials specific to Qlik environments.

Experience conducting Qlik platform health checks, capacity planning, and architectural design reviews for scalability and high availability.

A track record of driving automation initiatives using Qlik APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages to reduce manual operational effort.

Experience operating within global 24/7 managed services or NOC environments, including shift-based working patterns.

Qlik certifications (e.g., Qlik Sense Business Analyst, Data Architect, or System Administrator) are highly desirable.
