Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team
NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world’s best athletes. It’s a place where passionate individuals come together to create the future of sport. We are unapologetic about who we are and what we’re after—bringing innovation and inspiration to every athlete* in the world. We look for athletes who can push boundaries, elevate our potential and continue leading us to greatness. The next tastemakers, playmakers, risk takers and glue players. Are you game?
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join the ITC squad responsible for an enterprise workflow automation platform built on “Out Systems 11” that supports Nike's Finance & Supply Chain processes. The platform runs on Azure infrastructure (IIS / .NET / C# / SQL Server) and integrates with Enterprise Systems.
You will partner with a Product Manager in an engineering squad, taking full end-to-end ownership of the platform. As the technical anchor, code review, on-call leadership, and integration design run through you.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong, current “Out Systems 11” experience who is excited to own a business-critical platform end-to-end. You thrive on autonomy, write clean and maintainable code, debug production issues calmly, and raise the bar around you through review and mentoring.
Skillset Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on “Out Systems 11” experience required — Service Studio, Integration Studio, LifeTime, Service Center, BPT workflows, and the platform deployment model.
Strong C# / .NET on IIS — including Visual Studio extensions
Strong T-SQL / SQL Server — schema design, stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and HA-aware operations.
Working knowledge of Azure — VMs, SQL Server, Load Balancer, Log Analytics, Storage;
Hands on experience in diagnosing issues at the developer / operator level.
Solid grasp of enterprise integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven, file-based); SAP integration is a strong plus.
Strong fundamentals in web application architecture, security, and SDLC.
Hands-on with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio for AI-assisted development.
Excellent communication; strong bias to action; comfortable owning ambiguity
Familiarity with Azure Log Analytics / KQL, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow for operations and change management.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Lead the technical work for the squad — set technical direction, run code review, mentor engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain Out Systems modules for Finance & Supply Chain workflows (invoice processing, customer master, returns, PO, royalty, billing, vendor setup).
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise application like SAP, Coupa, Databricks, internal event streaming.
Build C# / .NET extensions in Visual Studio where Out Systems-native capabilities aren't sufficient.
Own the release process end-to-end — peer review, UAT promotion, production deployment via LifeTime + internal release tooling, ServiceNow change requests, validation, and rollback.
Own the platform's operational health — on-call escalations, incident response, post-incident reviews, and the Azure footprint at the application tier.
Build and maintain durable platform documentation — module dependencies, integrations, deployment processes, runbooks.
Implement best practices around code quality, observability, security, and audit compliance.
Partner with the Product Owner to identify and deliver AI / ML opportunities where they add measurable value.
Use Cursor / Copilot actively in day-to-day development.
Participate in agile ceremonies — refinement, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
