ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager who will own client projects from kickoff to delivery. You will be the single point of contact between our clients and internal teams — managing web development projects, social media operations, ad campaigns, and performance reports — while keeping workflows organised and clients informed at every step.
This is a high-accountability role that requires strong communication, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Workflow Management
- Own end-to-end project management for all assigned client accounts
- Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and delivery trackers
- Assign tasks to designers, developers, and content writers with clear briefs and deadlines
- Conduct weekly internal sync meetings to track progress and remove blockers
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before sharing with clients
Web Development Projects
- Coordinate website development, redesign, and landing page projects
- Gather requirements from clients and translate them into clear briefs for the dev team
- Track milestones — wireframe, design approval, development, QA, and launch
- Manage client feedback rounds and ensure revisions are implemented accurately
Social Media Management
- Oversee monthly content calendars for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Brief the creative team on post ideas, creatives, captions, and hashtag strategies
- Manage approval flows and ensure content goes live as per schedule
- Monitor social media performance and flag issues or opportunities to the team
Ads & Performance Reports
- Coordinate with the paid media team to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns per client
- Compile and deliver monthly performance reports including insights, ad results, and recommendations
- Ensure reports are accurate, on time, and presented in a client-friendly format
- Maintain dashboards and historical data for each client account
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients
- Conduct regular update calls, share progress reports, and address client queries
- Set clear expectations around timelines, deliverables, and revisions
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Onboard new clients and set up project processes from day one
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or project management
- Prior experience at a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital marketing — social media, SEO, paid ads, and web basics
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously without missing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to read and interpret marketing data and ad performance reports
- Comfortable presenting reports and updates directly to clients
Tools You Should Know
- Project management: Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday.com
- Reporting: Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, Google Looker Studio
- Communication: Slack, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Google Meet
- Office: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office
- Basic familiarity with Canva or briefing design tools is a plus
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Basic understanding of WordPress or website CMS platforms
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content marketing
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or PMP is a bonus
