What is the Job Role

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps and growth areas.
Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close business deals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.

Job Type

: Full Time, Permanent

Industry

: Steel detailing and engineering.

**Immediate Joiner would be preferred

Educational Qualification:

A degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.

Work Experience:

Proven experience in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

Software Proficiency Required:

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business development targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

What are our Expectations

Excellent Analytical skills required
Ability to work under pressure in given deadlines.
Should be smart, self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about the profession.
Work experience as a .NET Developer
Proficiency in building windows form App or WPF
In-depth knowledge of the .NET languages like C#
Additional skill preference: Java script, SQL, MySQL experience
Troubleshooting abilities
Good communication skills
Min. 3 years’ experience on development[plugin/tool/add-in] on top of any mechanical/civil software like Tekla, SDS/2, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. would be an added advantage.
