Role description

SO for Hire and Train program

Core Skills - Java, Selenide, Rest Assured, Rest APi's, Postman, BDD
Trainable Skills - Selenide, GraphQL, Wiremock, Microservices, CICD, Docker, Git

Technical Skills:
8+ years experience in strong Java programming, OOPs, and clean coding skills.
UI automation using Selenide (selectors, waits, page objects).
API automation using Rest Assured (auth, schema validation, payload handling).
Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab).
Solid understanding of test design techniques, debugging, and defect analysis.

Responsibilities:
Develop/maintain UI & API automation suites using Selenide and Rest Assured.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
Collaborate with developers/product owners; drive quality improvements.
Mentor junior team members on automation best practices.

Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS, Microservices, or service virtualization (WireMock).
Key Skills : Java, Selenide, Rest Assured, API testing (optional: AWS, Micro services)
