About the Role Network Techlab is a known System Integrator in India, With 28+ years of experience in providing End to End customized Solutions and Services, our brand character is customized, professional, immediate, helpful and up-to-date with the latest technology developments. looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT infrastructure, data center, virtualization, storage, backup, and network security projects.The ideal candidate will have strong customer-facing skills, hands-on experience in system integration projects, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams, OEMs, and customers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
a) Own end-to-end project management for IT infrastructure and security projects from initiation to closure.
b) Understand the project scope, objectives, deliverables. Frame-out the project timelines, and resource requirements
. c) Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
d) Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
. e) Must have vigilance and control on expenditures.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
a) Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
b) Conduct project kick-off meetings, regular status reviews, and closure meetings.
c) Manage customer expectations and handle escalations professionally targeting the timelines for achieving each milestone as the commercials are tagged with the implementation completion
d) Coordinate with OEMs (Nutanix, Palo Alto Networks, Cohesity, Dell EMC, etc.) for design validation, licensing, and escalation support
. e) Closely aligned with the internal and external stakeholders
Technical & Delivery Coordination
a) Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery engineers to understand solution design and implementation approach.
b) Ensure project execution aligns with the approved technical architecture.
c) Manage dependencies across networking, compute, storage, virtualization, security, and backup domains etc.
d) Ensure smooth handover to operations/support teams post-project completion.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
a) Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and escalate timely manner to the relevant stakeholders in the situation of red flags
b) Implement mitigation plans and escalate risks when required.
c) Manage change requests, impact analysis, and approvals as per change management processes.
Documentation & Reporting
a) Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risk Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), MOMs, and status reports
b) Provide regular project status updates to management and customers.
c) Ensure project closure documentation and customer sign-off.
Governance & Compliance
a) Follow organizational project management standards and best practices.
b) Ensure compliance with customer and internal governance processes.
c) Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.

Experience & Education • Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. o PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification any highly preferred. Technical Understanding (Must-Have) • Strong understanding of: o Data Centre Infrastructure o Virtualization platforms (Nutanix / VMware) o Backup solutions (Commvault, Cohesity, etc.) o Network & Security solutions (PaloAlto Networks, Firewalls, Switching)
- Ability to manage technically complex projects (hands-on execution not required, but strong conceptual knowledge is essential). Experience o Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and system integration projects.
Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and multi-vendor environments.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Soft Skills o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
