Full job description

Internal hiring
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and day-to-day computer-related operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting administrative functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Record Management

Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
Verify and ensure accuracy of entered information.
Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
Generate reports as required by management.

Documentation & Office Support

Prepare and format documents using MS Word and MS Excel.
Maintain files, records, and office documents.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing activities.

Administrative Support

Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
Manage emails and office correspondence.
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Inventory & Billing Support (If Applicable)

Maintain stock and inventory records.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
Update customer and vendor records as required.

System Maintenance

Ensure proper handling and operation of computer systems.
Report technical issues to the IT department when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Required Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma or Certification in Computer Applications (COPA, DCA, ADCA, or equivalent preferred).

Experience

0–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Back Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Data entry and record management skills.
Basic internet and email handling knowledge.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
