Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Content Developer with 2–4+ years of experience in digital content creation, instructional writing, and documentation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing structured, engaging, and research-based content for websites, learning platforms, training programs, and technical documentation.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality educational and technical content, simplifying complex information, and ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across all communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, LMS platforms, training modules, and digital resources.
· Create structured instructional materials such as guides, manuals, presentations, case studies, and documentation.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and technical teams to convert concepts into user-friendly content.
· Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy, credibility, and relevance of information.
· Optimize content for SEO and digital visibility across online platforms.
· Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all materials.
· Review, proofread, and update existing content periodically.
· Assist in developing content strategies, calendars, and communication plans.
· Support marketing and outreach initiatives with brochures, reports, and promotional materials when required.
· Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical teams regarding deliverables and timelines.
Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience in content writing, content development, or instructional design.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong grammar and editing capabilities.
· Ability to explain technical or complex topics in simple, structured language.
· Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content optimization.
· Hands-on experience with MS Office/Google Workspace.
· Experience creating training or educational content is preferred.
· Basic design/presentation tools knowledge (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus.
· Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
