Full job description

In this role, the Senior Associate – Program Management will lead ETS (Enterprise Technology Services) Welcome programs for India, including ETS Welcome and New Leader Welcome, as part of the global Talent Excellence Talent Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring new colleagues and leaders joining ETS in India have a welcoming onboarding experience, access to key resources, and the support needed to successfully begin their journey at American Express.

3+ years of experience partnering with multiple stakeholders
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills preferred
Demonstrates strategic thinking and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Able to communicate effectively with senior leaders, including up to the SVP level, in fast-paced environments
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across a broad stakeholder group
Strong problem-solving and program management skills
Detail oriented, timeline driven, ability to thrive under pressure situations
Self-starter with high level of accountability and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, open-ended challenges
Ability to collaborate effectively across U.S. and India time zones
