Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Dev Engineer with strong expertise in Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, LoopBack, and TypeScript.
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.
Design and implement Microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and coding standards.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
Experience in LoopBack framework.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and API security.
Experience developing scalable Microservices.
Strong experience in React.js.
Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Experience with state management, component architecture, and responsive UI development.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
Strong experience with Git and GitLab.
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with build and deployment automation tools.
Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, etc.
Experience with application monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk is preferred.
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Knowledge of design patterns, system design principles, and scalable application architecture.
Experience with API integrations and distributed systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working directly with clients, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS Cloud Services.
Experience with Splunk monitoring and logging.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
Exposure to security best practices and performance optimization.
