Full job description

Role description

UST is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to build end-to-end business solutions for a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP), and SQL databases. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners and Onsite Technical Leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead requirement gathering discussions, technical design reviews, and architecture discussions.
Own sprint backlog items and coordinate with development teams for successful delivery.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot applications across UI and service layers.
Perform code reviews to ensure scalability, reusability, and adherence to best practices.
Mentor and guide team members on technical and development practices.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, automation testing, and CI/CD practices.
