We are currently seeking a Head- Consumable Sales & Service-North for Delhi location.
Reporting to Director IB Sales, Service and Technical Support - South Asia
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Head Consumable Sales & Service, North to lead and accelerate consumable sales and service revenue across Videojet's North Zone. In this role, you'll build a high-performing, customer-centric team of 50 associates, execute zonal sales and service excellence strategies, and establish sustainable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and proactive customer engagement. This is an opportunity to shape a critical commercial function, develop future leaders, and make a measurable impact on customer satisfaction and business outcomes in one of Videojet's key markets.
You'll work closely with the Director of IB Sales, Service & Technical Support - South Asia, as well as cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to drive zone-level strategy and execution. Success in this role means achieving targeted consumable and service revenue KPIs, improving Net Promoter Scores year-over-year, and building a resilient, engaged team positioned for sustained growth within 12–18 months.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will:
Lead a zonal team of 50 associates, including 5 direct reports who are people managers, to consistently achieve consumable sales and service revenue targets for the North Zone.
Drive implementation of the Consumable Sales & Service Excellence Strategy to deliver sustainable, year-over-year growth in supplies, parts, and service revenues and bookings.
Own zonal P&L accountability, including gross margin management, price increase initiatives for consumables and service year-over-year, and DSO and PSP oversight and control.
Execute structured pipeline and funnel reviews with the zonal team through SFDC, with a focus on regain opportunities, forecast accuracy, and action plan implementation.
Champion multi-year Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), maximizing customer coverage under price contractual agreements and driving on-time renewal rates.
Deliver service excellence by achieving higher Preventive Maintenance (PM%) rates, adopting a proactive approach to customer maintenance, and ensuring optimal utilization of the service team.
Improve employee engagement scores zone-wide year-over-year through qualitative field visits, coaching, and a commitment to team well-being and work-life balance.
Develop high-potential associates through structured potential mapping, individual career development plans, and mentoring programs that build the next generation of leaders.
Drive active customer retention strategies and improve NPS index and customer satisfaction scores for the North Zone.
Analyze daily and weekly reporting metrics with the team to identify trends, course-correct quickly, and accelerate performance against zone targets.

Interacts with about 50 customers daily through email/telephone/face-to-face for sales activities
Interacts with Finance team for DSO reports
Interacts with Logistics, Marketing, HR and Customer care to ensure smooth functioning of all processes and problem-solving.
Interacts with subordinates to provide them guidance and to inspect their work
Interacts with Head- CONSUMABLE Sales & Service as well as with cross functional head for receiving guidance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications These are the must-have requirements for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or a related discipline. MBA with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, or General Management.
Demonstrated experience in sales, service, or a combined sales-and-service leadership role within an Indian or multinational company operating in an industrial, technology, or capital equipment environment.
Proven track record of managing and growing revenue portfolios, including consumable or aftermarket service businesses, with measurable impact on KPIs such as bookings, gross margin, and customer retention.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC) for pipeline management, funnel reviews, and performance tracking.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop large field-based teams — driving accountability, engagement, and consistent performance outcomes.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience applying competitive and market intelligence to develop and execute winning commercial strategies.
Experience working within a global matrix organization and applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VES, or equivalent).
