Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible, technically strong, and communication-driven Technical Delivery Lead who can take ownership of product and project delivery across frontend, backend, database, QA, deployment, and production workflows.
This role may not require daily coding, but the candidate must have strong technical understanding of code, architecture, APIs, databases, deployments, and product workflows. The candidate should be able to guide developers, ask the right technical questions, review progress, identify gaps, assign responsibilities, ensure documentation, manage clients, and make sure teams deliver expected outcomes on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate frontend, backend, QA, deployment, and production teams.
- Maintain end-to-end understanding of the project, including code, architecture, APIs, database, deployment, and product workflows.
- Work on frontend or backend code when needed to support delivery, debugging, reviews, or urgent fixes.
- Convert project requirements into clear tasks, milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and delivery plans.
- Assign work, track progress, review blockers, and ensure accountability from team members.
- Ensure deadlines, sprint goals, client commitments, and delivery outcomes are met.
- Assess team members’ performance based on quality, ownership, communication, technical understanding, and results.
- Manage client communication for updates, demos, blockers, timelines, and delivery status.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality, testing, documentation, deployment readiness, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure all technical documentation, project documentation, deployment notes, process documents, and testing records are properly maintained.
- Represent the technical team in demos, walkthroughs, client meetings, and technical discussions.
- Track SLAs, production issues, debugging, backups, fixes, and post-release support.
- Identify risks early and take corrective action to avoid delays, quality issues, or escalations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of frontend, backend, databases, APIs, deployments, and production systems.
- Good knowledge of technologies such as React.js, Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, and cloud/server environments.
- Ability to understand code and technical workflows at both micro and macro levels.
- Strong project coordination, task planning, responsibility assignment, and delivery management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination, client discussions, demos, and technical explanations.
- Ability to review technical progress, identify gaps, and make teams accountable for outcomes.
- Good understanding of debugging, QA, release planning, documentation, SLAs, and production support.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading developers, interns, or cross-functional technical teams.
- Knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD, Docker, Nginx, PM2, Linux servers, cloud platforms, and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, task tracking, and delivery tools.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms, dashboards, admin panels, mobile apps, or product-based systems.
- Ability to translate business or client requirements into technical execution plans.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
