Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated NEET Biology Faculty to join our team at INSTIL ACADEMY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students preparing for the NEET exam, with a focus on the Biology syllabus. The role involves delivering high-quality lectures, designing study materials, conducting doubt-solving sessions, and helping students achieve their best scores in NEET. The faculty should have strong expertise in Biology, excellent teaching skills, and a deep understanding of the NEET curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction:
- Deliver engaging and structured lectures on Biology topics covered in the NEET syllabus, including Botany and Zoology.
- Break down complex topics and concepts in a simple, understandable way to ensure students grasp the content.
- Provide high-quality video lectures, live classes, and online tutorials for remote and in-person students.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and clarify students' questions.
- Create lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests based on the NEET syllabus.
- Develop quizzes, assignments, and practice papers that mirror the NEET exam format.
Course Development & Content Creation:
- Update and enhance course materials to keep up with changes in the NEET syllabus and examination patterns.
- Design mock exams, assignments, and problem sets to simulate real-time exam conditions and boost student confidence.
- Review and improve the existing content based on student feedback and academic trends.
Student Mentoring & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas of improvement and providing personalized guidance.
- Motivate students and help them build effective study schedules and exam strategies.
- Guide students through complex topics, helping them prepare for practical applications in medical school.
- Organize periodic review sessions to assess student progress and discuss common challenges.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
- Work closely with other faculty members to ensure alignment of teaching strategies and course content across different subjects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, teaching methods, and NEET exam changes.
- Actively participate in faculty meetings and training sessions aimed at improving teaching effectiveness.
Promoting the Institute’s Values:
- Promote the institute’s vision and mission through dedication to student success.
- Represent the institute at seminars, educational events, and workshops.
Qualifications:Essential:
- Educational Background: Master's Degree in Biology, or a relevant field (M.Sc./M.A.), or a Medical Degree (MBBS/BDS).
- Experience: Minimum of [2-5] years of teaching experience for NEET or equivalent entrance exam preparation (preferably with a coaching institute or academic platform).
- Subject Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the NEET syllabus, including Botany and Zoology, with a focus on concepts that frequently appear in the exam.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Tamil, with the ability to explain difficult concepts clearly.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with online teaching platforms, digital tools, and multimedia teaching methods.
Desirable:
- Teaching Experience with NEET Students: Prior experience teaching Biology to NEET aspirants is highly desirable.
- Research or Published Work: Research background or publications in Biology is an added advantage.
- Training & Certification: Any teaching certifications (e.g., CTET, TET, or equivalent) or training in NEET coaching will be preferred.
