To be successful as a GFED Senior Software Engineer, you should have:
- Extensive full-stack software development and engineering experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (particularly Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, FastAPI and data technologies)
- A passion for building developer tooling and platforms that enhance engineering productivity and enforce best practices at scale
- Communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams (Prague, UK, USA, India) and articulate technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Extensive experience with SRE practices, observability, and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation
- Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple development teams

Entry Salary: Kč 1,884,000.00
Upper Salary: Kč 2,301,000.00
The entry and upper salary information above includes only annual full-time equivalent base salary and represents the typical range of pay for the role. The actual pay rate will reflect the responsibility level of the role and experience level of the individual. The entry and upper salary information does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
