Job Description

Assists sales team in all levels of interaction between customer and delivery team.

Assists in the development of formal sales proposal, design solution and presents solution offerings at a technical and commercial level.

Must be comfortable to work in different shift.

Experience

5+ years of experience in overseas market like UK & USA for software and services pre-sales.
At least 1+ years as a Team Lead supporting team of 5 to 6 sales executives.

Requirements:

B. Tech/M.Sc. in computer science or MCA.
Must have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in software technical / delivery roles such as project manager, delivery manager, engagement manager, Project Lead etc.
Knowledge of PHP/.Net and database architecture is essential.
The candidate must demonstrate a progressive set of experiences e.g. developer, technical lead, solution architect, project manager, etc. against a software development lifecycle context.
Proven experience in presales, solution selling and practice management is required.
Experience in the software industry in organizations delivering software development services in a global context.
Experience of working with offshore software execution teams is an added advantage.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

To discuss and attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions when necessary.
Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frame work.
Co-ordinate with sales and delivery team for understanding the customer requirement.
Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and company.
Provide accurate time and cost estimation.
