Full job description

We are looking for a results-driven Software Test Engineer cum Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance processes, and the ability to mentor and train aspiring software professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, review, and analyze software requirements.
Prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Execute functional, usability, mobile, and API testing.
Perform black-box testing and identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
Analyze test results, including database impacts and system behavior.
Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to the development team.
Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable quality insights.
Conduct training sessions and guide learners on software testing concepts, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Software Testing.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
Experience in API Testing and Mobile Application Testing.
Good knowledge of Black Box Testing techniques.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Test Management Tools such as JIRA, QMetry, etc.
Exposure to Selenium or other Test Automation tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred

Experience in product development environments.
Passion for mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
