We're Hiring: Store Executive

Location: Pune (Pimpri)

Job Title: Experience: 3–4 years

Department: Stores / Inventory

Immediate Candidate Preferred.

Salary: 25k-30k

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of store activities, inventory control, and coordination with production, purchase, and vendors to ensure smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations including material receipt, storage, and issue.

Maintain proper inventory records and stock levels.

Coordinate with the Production Department for timely availability of materials.

Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and follow-ups.

communicate and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for consumables and material supply.

Arrange and manage consumables required for production activities

Prepare and process Sales Invoices as per dispatch requirements.

Generate and maintain Subcontract Challans for subcontracting processes.

Handle Production related Work Order processing and documentation.

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of store transactions.

Support stock verification and maintain accurate inventory control.

Follow company safety and material handling procedures.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Store Management and Inventory Control.

Experience in Sales Invoice and Subcontract Challan preparation.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel / ERP systems.

Ability to manage production-related material planning.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma with 3–4 years experience in Store / Inventory Management (preferably in manufacturing industry).
