Position: Sales Agent (SaaS & IT Solutions)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and SaaS products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the growth of Jasper Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social selling.
Pitch and sell Jasper Software Solutions' services and SaaS products to potential clients across various industries.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT or SaaS solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in IT or SaaS sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
Strong knowledge of digital products and IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
