Full job description

The role requires strong expertise in policy interpretation, workflow design, quality analytics, stakeholder management, and team leadership within high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

Design and implement end-to-end onboarding programs for new hires in Trust & Safety.
Develop structured learning frameworks aligned with client policies and business goals.
Conduct technical and process training sessions for content moderation teams.
Drive continuous learning initiatives including refresher training and policy updates.
Ensure training readiness before project go-live and ramp-ups.

Curriculum Development & Knowledge Management

Create and maintain training decks, SOPs, workflows, and assessment frameworks.
Translate complex client policies into clear, operational guidelines.Build structured evaluation mechanisms (certifications, PKTs, mock audits).
Maintain a centralized knowledge repository with version control.
Collaborate with clients to suggest policy enhancements and workflow improvements.
Develop operational workflows for new policies or process changes.
Ensure teams are aligned with evolving platform safety standards.

Quality & Performance Enablement

Partner with Quality teams to identify skill gaps and performance trends.
Design targeted interventions to improve accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs such as:
Quality score improvements
Escalation reduction
Time-to-proficiency
Attrition during nesting phase

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor trainers, SMEs, and quality specialists.
Drive motivation, engagement, and career progression within the team.
Create role clarity and organizational structure during scale-ups.
Manage capacity planning for training during hiring spikes.

Owning Part of Operations (Client-Facing Leadership)

This role will directly manage select client accounts from an operational standpoint.

You will:

Lead day-to-day operations for assigned clients.
Own KRAs and KPIs including Quality, Productivity, SLA, and Compliance.
Run Business Review Meetings (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly).
Present performance dashboards, training impact analysis, and risk mitigation plans.
Proactively identify operational risks and propose corrective strategies.
Ensure prompt response to client escalations with structured follow-ups.
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement through structured communication.
Drive continuous improvement conversations with clients.

Required Skills & Competencies

8+ years in Trust & Safety / Content Moderation / Operations
2+ years in Training / L&D leadership
Strong policy interpretation & analytical skills
Experience managing large teams (50+ preferred)
Data-driven decision making
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience working with global clients
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Understanding of Quality frameworks and reporting
