1.Coordinates Sales & Distribution, Marketing, and Finance.
2. Responsible to achieve the sales and revenue target
3. Achieve the coverage and distribution Width & Depth
4. Increase in Revenue Market Share state wise and creation of outlets by field reach out
5. Working relation with partnering alliances
6. Work closely with the sales team for coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
7. Guide the Sales team for establishing Sales Targets revenue streamwise as per ABP.
8. Help them in breaking the sales and distribution targets Geographically, Monthly, Weekly & Daily.
9. Co-ordinate with Sales team and establishing Sales Territory.
10. Analyze terminal deployment based on the secondary sales and help them in their inventory planning.
11. Regularly up-date on sales trends
12. Regularly up-date on the market developments, opportunities and competition
13. Drive the sales team to focus on channel wise distribution to build distribution, visibility and revenues.
14. Have Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and on Yearly basis
15. Statutory compliances and KYC adherence.
16. Deployment of terminals and training of channel partners to enable business revenues.
17. Manage the business relationship with the Distribution network
18. Develop the strategy to appoint Retailers of specific profiles
19. Manage recruitment and allocation of sales resources
