ob Title: Full-Time Performance Marketer & Video Editor (Remote - India) Company: Get Me Insurance Inc. (Brampton, ON, Canada) Salary: ₹50,000 INR / month (Fixed, Flat-Rate) Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST

About Us: Get Me Insurance Inc. is a fast-growing financial and insurance brokerage based in Ontario, Canada. We are building an in-house media and digital advertising powerhouse to scale our operations across multiple cities.

We are looking for a dedicated, long-term Performance Marketer to join our team directly.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Video Production: Take raw weekly Q&A video footage (10–15 mins) of our leadership team and cut it into 5 high-engagement vertical clips (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) with dynamic captions and brand assets.

2. Paid Media Management: Optimize, monitor, and clean our active Google Ads and Meta Ads managers. Implement exact-match keyword strategies and manage negative keyword lists to prevent ad-spend waste.

3. Local SEO & CRM Admin: Manage our Google Business Profile, geo-tag local assets, handle monthly email database newsletters, and organize incoming leads.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BOTH Video Editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve) AND Performance Marketing (Google Search Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

- Absolute fluency in English (written and verbal). - Experience working with international or North American clients is a huge asset.

- Must be a self-starter who uses project management tools (Trello/Asana) to track daily logged tasks transparently.
