Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Delhi NCR (Noida – Work from Office)
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry Preference: Hospitality / Hotel Management / Co-Living / Student Housing
Compensation: As per industry standards

About the Company

We are a fast-growing, professionally managed student housing and co-living platform currently operating 2,500+ beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by March 2026.

Our model combines structured operations, disciplined governance, and premium living standards across key education hubs. As we scale aggressively, talent quality, hiring speed, and cultural alignment become mission-critical.

Role Mandate

The Talent Acquisition Manager will own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across operations, hospitality, sales, central functions, and leadership hiring.

We are specifically looking for candidates from an IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) background or professionals with strong experience in hospitality, hotel operations, co-living, or student housing ecosystems.

This role requires someone who understands service-driven businesses, ground operations, manpower planning for properties, and high-volume seasonal hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Workforce Planning

Develop hiring plans aligned with expansion targets and property launches.
Forecast manpower requirements for new and existing properties.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and leadership teams for role clarity and headcount planning.

2. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

Lead hiring across:
Operations (Unit Leads, Property Managers, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
Sales & Business Development
Corporate & Central roles
Leadership hiring
Drive structured sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, campus hiring, references, and vendor partnerships.
Ensure strong screening, evaluation, and cultural fit assessment.

3. Hospitality & Property Hiring Expertise

Understand manpower structures in hospitality/co-living environments.
Hire for guest experience, service quality, and operational discipline.
Build pipelines for high-churn and seasonal roles.
Implement structured onboarding coordination with operations teams.

4. Process Governance & Reporting

Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and recruitment MIS.
Monitor TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-joining ratios.
Standardize interview processes and evaluation scorecards.
Build a structured employer branding approach for hospitality talent.

5. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor TA executives/interns.
Build scalable recruitment systems as the company expands to new cities.
Ensure recruitment SLAs are met consistently.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a structured, polished, and execution-focused professional with:

IHM qualification OR strong hospitality/hotel/co-living recruitment experience.
Deep understanding of service-industry hiring dynamics.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability.
Ability to handle bulk hiring + strategic hiring simultaneously.
High accountability, ownership, and decision-making ability.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Presentable, confident, and process-driven personality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate (IHM preferred).
4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Mandatory exposure to Hospitality / Hotel Chains / Co-living / Student Housing / Facility Management sectors.
Experience handling multi-location hiring preferred.
Strong command over recruitment tools, portals, and structured hiring systems.
