Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, pricing strategies, and overall financial operations of the company. The candidate will play a key role in cost optimization, profit maximization, taxation compliance, and coordination with Sales & HR for strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop annual financial plans, budget forecasts, and monitor overall financial performance.
Assist in pricing strategies and profitability analysis for products and services.
Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure proper allocation of funds.
Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement profit improvement strategies.
Ensure GST filing, tax returns, and compliance with financial regulations.
Coordinate with accountants and management for financial planning and decision-making.
Track vendor payments, client invoicing, reconciliations, and outstanding balances.
Analyze business investment opportunities, loan requirements, and financial risks.
Design sales offers such as combo deals, seasonal discounts, festival offers, and promotional schemes.
Collaborate with HR in structuring salary packages, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Formulas, Query functions).
Hands-on experience with Tally and other accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial compliance.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales and HR teams.
Good decision-making and financial planning capability.

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounts.
