Titan, a leading provider of automation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly to join our team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. As a TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components for our automation solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about automation and wants to be a part of a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications

Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet company standards

Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues during assembly process

Test and calibrate assembled components to ensure proper functionality

Collaborate with other team members to improve assembly processes and procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry

Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience with hand and power tools

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and quality

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed

Additional Parameters:

Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems is a plus

Experience with CAD software is a plus

Willingness to travel for training and project assignments

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
